Your First Visit

At Neda Sayyah, D.M.D. – Cosmetic Dentistry, we are committed to providing exceptional dental care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Your first visit is an important step toward achieving a healthy and beautiful smile.

What to Expect at Your First Appointment

Your initial consultation will include:

  • A comprehensive dental examination
  • A review of your treatment options
  • Same-day treatment when possible

For more complex cases requiring an in-depth evaluation or medical review, a follow-up appointment may be scheduled before beginning treatment.

What to Bring to Your Appointment

To ensure a smooth visit, please provide the following:

  • X-Rays: If you have recent dental x-rays from another provider, please have them sent to our office or bring a copy with you.
  • Medication List: A list of any medications you are currently taking.
  • Dental Insurance Information: If you have dental insurance, bring the necessary completed forms to help us process your claim efficiently.

Important Notes:

  • Minors: Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal
  • Medical Conditions: Please inform our office if you have any medical conditions that may impact your treatment, such as:
    • Diabetes
    • High blood pressure
    • Artificial heart valves or joints
    • Rheumatic fever

If you are taking medications such as heart medications, aspirin, or anticoagulants, please let us know in advance.

X-Rays & Imaging

If your dentist or physician has taken recent x-rays, you can request that they be forwarded to our office. If time does not allow for this, you may pick them up and bring them with you. If additional imaging is required, we can conveniently take new x-rays at our office.
